Our Story

Refresh and Restore is a therapeutic massage therapy practice. Our clients prefer and have voted us #1 5 years straight primarily for two reasons. Stress relief and chronic pain management. We are located in Lagrange utilizing therapeutic techniques one on one. In Pine Mountain, Ga. the office is more of a spa setting serving guests at Callaway Gardens and surrounding areas with individuals and our popular couples/spa packages

We provide our clients an escape from everyday stress and tension with therapeutic massage and restorative bodywork. Our goal is helping you not only feel good, but putting you on a more balanced life plan in family, work, one’s faith path and purpose during their lives. Steve Earles, owner.

Steve Earles

OWNER, LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST, NCBTMB, US OLYPICS SPORTS MEDICINE TEAM

Steve has practiced and taught massage for over 12 years, focusing on deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and sports massage, working with athletes, actors and actresses, including an Extreme Home Makeover episode. Steve had an airline management career, (2) degrees including (6) years of teaching Psychology. He was nominated for NCBTMB Board of Directors 2011. Trained under Ben Benjamin’s Stretching techniques, Medical Massage Certified. Chosen and currently serving Volunteer Member U.S. Olympic Sports Medicine Team.

Brandi Williams

LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Brandi has practiced along with Steve as LaGrange partner for over 10 years. Brandi specializes in moderate to deep tissue and stress relief. She has experience in trigger point therapy and pregnancy massage as well as couples. Trigger Point Specialist.

Teena Swift

LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Teena has been practicing 5 years as a licensed massage therapist helping serve clients at the Pine Mountain Office. She is a Trigger Point Specialist.

Medical Massage (1 Session) – $105

One and Half Hour Massage. This type of massage therapy is specific to a diagnosis by a doctor or surgeon.

Each session includes a One Hour Massage with Steve or Brandi. The 5 Session Pre-Paid plan is good from 6 months from purchase date.

Trigger Point Therapy Retreat Costa Rica

LMT’S and friends (24 hours Hands on).
